As a realtor here in Bergen County, September always feels like the beginning of something special.

The real estate market comes alive in the fall, as buyers fall in love with the charm of our tree-lined streets and cozy homes. September’s cool breezes and the soft, golden light that filters through the changing leaves make it the perfect season for open houses and weekend tours.

As a realtor who is also a mom, I always look forward to this time of year.
